Duane JohnsonPresident and Owner
Meet Duane Johnson. Duane is President and owner of Future Builders. He has been in the construction industry since 1993 and is the founding partner of Future Builders in 1999. He has an Associate of Applied Science Degree from Bismarck State College, has OSHA 30 hour training, and is a NCCR Certified Safety Trainer. Duane enjoys coaching his daughter’s hockey teams and doing small projects around his house.
Kyle MoreyVice President and Owner
Meet Kyle Morey. Kyle is Head Superintendent of Residential Constructions and owner of Future Builders. He has been with the company for 10 years. He is Forklift Certified and also certified in OSHA Construction Safety & Health Training. Kyle loves spending time with family, ice fishing, and bow hunting.
Eric WannerLead Consultant, Water and Sewer Contractor and Owner
Meet Eric Wanner. Eric is an Owner, Lead consultant, and Water and Sewer Contractor of Future Builders. He has been with the company since 2003. He has an Associates degree in Carpentry and is certified in Cisco Computer Networking and Computer Programming. Eric is very involved with his family and church and he loves to go snowmobiling.

Gene Beau Lac Jr.Assistant Superintendent of Residential Construction
Meet Gene Beau Lac Jr. Gene is the Assistant Superintendent of Residential Construction for Future Builders. He has been with Future Builders for 9 years. He has 2 years of Construction Tech taught by Duane Johnson and 9 years on-the-job experience. Gene enjoys playing softball in the summer, going camping with his family, and playing golf with his friends.

Meet Whitney Studaker. Whitney is the Business Manager of Steen Construction, and has been with Steen since August 2016. She graduated from Minot State University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a minor in Business Management. She treasures time spent with her daughter, Adalynn, and step-daughter, Jocelyn. Whitney enjoys spending time with her family, reading, fishing, and skiing.
